Sir, may we request from your good office, a financial assistance from a 60 year old photographer from the Armed Forces of the Philippines who are now confined in a hospital for 18 years due to undetermined case of sickness. He is a former Master Sergeant Serafin Artizona, a bed ridden patient for 18 years, spoon feeding and needs a continuous medication.
