i have read that the entrance is 1000 for non members. They say that there are no rides, but there will soon be a swimming pool and golf course. never been there but i think it’s worth a visit. i just hope that they improved the place because last time i heard, the place was not that pleasing.

when i saw fantasy world, it was really a fantasY!… it’s so amazing now. I do think that they really improve the place. because i saw a pool now and they even have condo’s….
its just sad that we are just looking outside the fantasy world because it closes at 5pm and we arrived there at 5:45!

On April 2, 2009 I visited again fantasy world after 6 years away from Philippines. There’s no improvement at all since I had my tour in 2002. I paid cash for one of the units at Wyndham Hill in 2003 promised that this will be ready in 2005 but until now the building was never built. So where’s the improvement?

Yep its Php1,000.00 but if you are have a membership you dont need to pay for entrance. the rides is soon to be used

Binili namin ang 2 units condotel paid in cash noong 2001 hanggang ngayon wala pa rin sa amin ang mga titulo, puro pangako na walang natutupad. Any suggestions what to do.

I am member and bought my share sometime in 1997, i have only my old ID and receipt of monthly payment. The last time i’ve been there is yr 2004. Can you give me whom to contact, e-mail ad maybe because i was out of the country, so i can ask more information about my share, to renew my ID, did they issue a share certificate, etc?

I am also one of the member, you can go to Park ave condo in Park ave st sa Pasay yung buliding na mataas near edsa, nandun ang office ng ECE realty. nakaka walang gana nga kala ko pa naman magiging disneyland , dati ang ganda pa ng plan dun yun pala hanggang drawing nalang:)

To all members and unit owners, I am also one of the member and also part time agent way back year 2000, I sold many shares that time to my close friends, pero nakakahiya talaga till now wala pang development dun. ang office nila that time nasa -
Park Ave Mansion Park Ave Street Pasay , the direction is if you are going south bound edsa it will be on the right side, turn right to park ave street then at the right side you will see a tall building that is Park Ave Mansion, the office is located on the top floor of the buliding or you can ask the guard before you enter:)

huwag na kyo mag paloko sa developer nyan. sayang lang pera nyo. to all members or bumili ng shares jan, i suggest idemanda nyo ang developer nyan. di na matatapos un propose fantasy world. hangang fantasy nalng yan. makikita mo sa pasay mga condos na gawa nila bulok na lahat. pati un condo na park ave mansion sa pasay which is andun ang ofice ng developer ay napaka bulok nun building. simple condo nga lng di nila magawa maayos,wat more a 30 hectare amusement park pa kya?..

Isa ako sa mga niloko nyo at marami kami dito sa california ang niloko nyo. Hindi nyo itinayo ang condotel 2. Ibalik nyo ang pera namin dahil hindi kami titigil sa paghahabol sa inyo. 2003 ako nag umpisa magbayad ng condo pero wala naitayo. Praise Realty marami ka rin dapat sagutin, ang ibang bayad namin sa condo hindi mo binibigay sa ECE. Marami kayo kalokohan kaya puro kayo gahaman sa pera. Malapit na mabulgar ang kalokohan nyo.

kaya pala wala official website tong fantasy world, nag google search ako wala pa rin.yesterday galing kame d2 ng family para pumunta canyon woods resort and napadaan kame d2 and sobrang naamaze kame.Nagtanong kame sa mga vendors dun sa harap ng Fanatasy world ang entrance daw is 1000 pesos for max of 10 persons, if 3 lang kau 1000 pesos pa rin.it means fix sya sa 1000 pesos max. of 10 persons only.

Anyone INTERESTED?
I’m a member of Fantasy World since 1997-1998 . Got it from my previous-previous employer time pa. I’ve heard a lot of comment and sad, disappointment quote about it. But, Its STILL an investment.
But then, I also want to sell my share dati pa. I wonder how much is the current share price? Ph 180,000 still? coz before it went up to Ph195,000..I already have my Certificate.
Those interested – though thinking twice of the investment, we never know baka bigla mag BOOM… But im open for negotiation..

Has anyone of you filed a case against ECE re their failure to issue Condominium Certificate of Title under buyer’s name? My friend and I bought units at Wyndham Hills Condotel I and paid the units in full in 2002. Up to now, ECE can’t say when the title will be available for release. Any information? Help!

My friend and me bought a condotel unit and paid in full on January, 2002. We are very much dissapointed that after eight (8) years that the units has been fully paid, no Absolute Deed of Sale and CCT have been issued in our name, despite the fact that we`ve been calling and following this matter to Mr. Zabat, Administrator, for the issuance of CCT and Tax Dec under our name. I`ve written two follow-up letters dated May 28, 2010 and Sept.16,2010 but up to this time no reply has been made. I think we have to bring this matter to HULRB for appropriate action.
