I just would like to inform you that I am supposed to find here the telephone number of SSS Cebu branch but unfortunately, you didn’t post it, I wanted to complain about Morga, courier man because this man went to my husband’s office to deliver his check but he left 2-3 minutes and didn’t wait for my husband to get out of the office to receive the check. It’s right for him to do that if he did informed my husband ahead of time before coming to the office that he will meet with him to hand over the check but he didn’t. He didn’t wait, upon coming to the guard, the guard immediately called my husband’s office for him to come out and talk to the courier man but he didn’t have patience to wait even for 5 minutes only. The security guard who talked to him, told my husband that the courier man waited for just 2-3 minutes. Is 5-10 minutes too long for him to wait?Is he going to deliver a lot of checks in a day? It’s not my husband who had complains about that Morga, he has also officemates who complained about him but didn’t inform your office and I wouldn’t let this things pass as if nothing happened coz this will happen to anyone also who are in need of the check, and expecting for an immediate approval and delivery and unfortunately having a courier man who is LAZY!

This is not the website of SSS. This web page is an information website that allows you to get information about the SSS branches in the Philippines. If you have a serious matter that needs to be resolved with SSS, it would be better if you face them personally rather than writing foul words to blogs and websites not unless if you are on the SSS website.

Gusto ko lang pong malaman kung pwede parin pong tumanggap ng pension kahit nagasawa na yung namatayan na tumatanggap ng pension. Si miss Brenda Cada Lim ng deparo caloocan po kc ay patuloy parin na tumatanggap ng pension nya kay mr. Joseph Lim na matagal ng namayapa. Pero meron na po sya ngayong kinakasama o asawa. Pwede parin po ba syang tumanggap ng pensin? Paki check nga po…salamat! Amy

my mother-in- law died dec 2008.her pension stopped.can her husband still get her pension coz he is still living.he’s son also died ahead of her nov 2008.are they entitled to get his pension too.i’m still working for their burial benefit till now coz i was the one who shouldered their interment and memorial services

ang asawa ko member ng sss ang name nya ay DANILO M. CANGAS, ang employer FAITH ARRASTRE SHIPPING LINES. bago kmi magpakasal may kinasama sya at yun ang inilagay nya sa benepisyo, pero bago kmi magsma 6 yrs ng patay ang babae at kmi nga ay nagpkasal at nagka anak kmi ng 3, pinlakad ko po sa isang tga sss ang benefits na para sa mga bata ang sabi po wala dw po kmi makukuha totoo po b na walang benefits na mapupunta sa mga bata?

guso kung maghulog sa sss kaso lang naka apply ako dati ng form nyo, hangang ngayon nasa akin ang receipt, pero, ano ang gagawin ko ? gusto ma continue ang self employed ko. Ano ang dapat kung gagawin? CAN U ADVISE ME?…….PLS, REPLY ME.

I have been work for almost 8 months in Jollibee Foods, Luneta Branch. but this branches was already closed and yet the management didn’t submit to your office (SSS) my personal contributions and this will not be shown the collected amount from my salary to my contributions list. how can make action or any steps to put back the collected amount from my own salary? please send me advise by email to know what I should do.

anu po ang mga contact number sa SSS CEBU yong nasa new builing nila sa may Osmeña Blvd.,? Tinatawagan ko ang number sa old SSS sa may Escario, palagi na lang nag ring wala namang sumasagot. Tinawagan ko rin ang SSS sa Lapu-Lapu….palaging busy….pwede manghingi? Salamat po!

hi. i just wanna ask this. Pentioner po ako. pwede po bang mag change ng ibang banko para sa pension ko? 5 years na po akong tumatanggap ng pension.. kaya lang gusto kong mag open ng another bank account na international at ito na rin sana ang gagamitin ko para sa SSS pension. is it possible?

Does the employer need to give 70% out of the money to be given to SSS? For example if the total amount is 1000, 700 should be from the employer and 30% 300 from the employee to be deducted from the salary? Or 1000 should be deducted to the salary of the employee?

good morning.
i applied my sss card last november 2009 until now i was not able to receive my sss card. to be exact 1 year na di ko pa nakuha. how come. I applied my sss card in davao regional office but my preferred mailing address was in makati, company office where i am working right now. to date my company office was not able to receive my SSS id card.
please i need my sss ID right now. thanks

Hello,I am wondering why up to now,Feb.07,2011, I have not recvd.my SSS membership card yet?I reactivated it again and been paying my monthly fee to the office in Cebu City on July 2008,and had my member photo taken on Aug.2009,my payment stub as shown at my last fee is #F0140101,does this number make sense to find out the problem?my?

I would like to know if my wife can still claim her,maternity ? she will giving birth this coming august 2011 this year..and my concern is that her last contribution of SSS was last year,november 2010?

is it possible that the check of maternity reimbursement will be send directly to the employee?

The Maternity Reimbursement will not be send directly to the employee, why? because the reimbursement will be advanced by the employee to her employer in return the employer will claim for refund to the SSS.
