* brown sugar
* vegetable oil
* spring roll wrap
* white sugar
* water
METHOD
1. Quarter long bananas,
thru cutting them in half, afterwhich, cut them lengthwise. Dip them to the
water.
2 . Mix a little golden brown sugar and white sugar together and sprinkle over
top wet bananas.
3 . Wrap in spring roll wrapping.
4 . It is optional to tap some water on spring roll and sprinkle sugar mixture
over top. Thru this, it will create less "clean" but sugary tops.
5 . Deep fry until golden and transfer to paper towel on a plate to absorb oil.
