1 kilo pork meat, cut into cubes
1/4 kilo pork liver, cut into cubes
2 cups potatoes, cubed
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 can tomato sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced
1/2 cup green peas
2 tbsps oil
salt and pepper to taste
1. Saute garlic and onion; add pork meat and cook until done. Add tomato sauce.
2. Add potatoes, carrots and green peas.
3. Add liver when vegetables are done; season and bring to a boil.
Makes 10 servings.
