
• 1/4 cup finely minced onion
• 1 small bundle or 2 ounces misua (sold in Oriental food stores)
• 2 tablespoons vegetable or corn oil
• salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
• 1 cup ground pork loin
• 4 cups water
• 1/4 cup chopped scallions
• 3 eggs, beaten
• 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
METHOD
1. Break down noodles into 3-inch lengths. Heat oil in a medium saucepan.
2. Stir fry garlic and onion and then add pork and brown. Add water, salt and pepper.
3. Bring to a quick boil. Slowly pour in raw, beaten eggs.
4. Add misua and simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Serve hot, garnished with scallions. Serves 4.
