Payment is made thru bank deposit ONLY (To get our bank details, please CONTACT US). We do not accept credit card, online payment and COD (Cash on Delivery). You do not need to have your own bank account to deposit the payment. Besure to fill-up two copies of the deposit slip. One for the bank and the other one is your copy.You have to email us a copy of the deposit slip at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm that payment has been made and also include the address to where you want the item to be shipped and contact informations.
We do not have any branches or pick-up centers. As soon as payment is confirmed before 2:00 p.m. Mondays to Fridays, orders will be prepared for delivery and shipped on the same day. Delivery is between 3 to 5 days thru air21. Products purchased are to be shipped to the customers desired address within Philippines. We do not ship internationaly. All items are insured during shipping. For all confirmed payments, ship-out days are Mondays to Fridays. For our customers to know the status of their order, we provide them with the tracking number. You do not have to worry for the shipping cost because we are NOW OFFERING FREE SHIPPING NATIONWIDE!!!
All our products are brand new and are covered by expressed written warranty. The warranty covers from the day the product was purchased. Improper use or abuse of the product purchase shall not be covered by the warranty. In case of defects, just like any other store, you will send back the assumed defective item, via Air21 or LBC or any other courier you want at your cost. It will cost you as low as 75 pesos. We will then check, repair or replace the unit. When we send back the items to you, we will pay for the shipping cost. If and when we found no defects on the returned unit, buyer will pay for item ship back and packing fee. Please contact us with regards to use and operation before sending back any item. Chances of items being returned is not greater than 0.5%. Our warranty is non-transferable. It is warranted to the original purchaser. Please inform us immediately if there are any visually seen damages that may have occurred during the shipment/delivery of the item or inherent to the item when it was shipped out. We will not be responsible for any physical damage that is not reported within 2 days after the receipt of the item. Replacement and/or repair of the product does not extend or restart the warranty period. Buyers must pack any item being returned completely, with all manuals, cables, accessories, software, etc., as if they are new and in working condition. We shall not accept incomplete returns. Other reasons that can make warranty void are the following: result of natural disaster, overwhelming scratches, bearing marks, dents, cracks and/or any signs of improper handling and usage, unauthorized repair or modification, loss of parts, etc. As per product descriptions, compatibility can be reasonably assured in most cases but can never be guaranteed; a product that is incompatible in a specific hardware/software environment is not therefore automatically "defective".
