10:04 am – Chaos at courtroom as accused accused Navy Lt. SG James Layug take Lim. Pimentel orders sheriff to stop Layug but sheriff could not move since military police escorts did not move

10:15am - Senator Trillanes, Brig. Gen. Lim, Layug, Marines Capt. Nicanor Faeldon, Marines Capt. Gary Alejano with other Magdalo soldiers walk out of hearing with some of them carrying firearms.
